Volunteer with Girl Power United

We know that you’re busy! It is both difficult and challenging to juggle family, work, school, and other obligations that you may have. Becoming a Girl Power United Volunteer doesn’t take much.

Just a few hours a month can make a huge difference in the life of a child.  Many of our volunteers were probably asking the same thing you're asking, 'Can I really do this?' And the answer is YES!

We'll help you along the way, with continual support from our agency's experienced staff. 

For those who are interested, start now by filling out the GPU Volunteer Application. All applicants must be 18 years of age.

The application process includes a non-refundable $20 application fee (covers background check, insurance, Girl Power United T-shirt and an administration fee).   Please submit your completed application to volunteer@GirlPowerUnited.org.

Following the submission and approval of your application, someone from our staff will contact you with information on the next scheduled volunteer training session.   This training session must be completed before an area of assignment can be given.
